My approach to counseling
Life can present uncertain challenges, whether through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or medical stressors. If you are navigating a tough situation and are in need of emotional support, I am here for you.
As a dedicated professional, I specialize in guiding individuals, couples, and families through their unique struggles with an open, respectful, and curious mindset. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore and understand your inner conflicts, navigate your spiritual path, heal from past traumas, and cultivate self-compassion.
In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to connect with your core Self, recognize your protective parts, and alleviate the emotional wounds that may be holding you back. Together we can help you find balance, clarity, and emotional resilience.

I have extensive experience supporting a diverse range of clients, including veterans coping with PTSD, couples navigating relationship challenges, adolescents managing emotional and social stressors, and individuals and families facing medical crises. I’ve also worked closely with young children processing the loss of a parent, providing compassionate, developmentally appropriate support through grief and trauma.
