About StillWaters Therapists
StillWaters Counseling and Consultation is a distinct part of Samaritan Center, created to serve clients who cannot or prefer not to access insurance as a payment option. Such clients might lack insurance coverage or seek a type of therapy that insurance providers do not cover. Learn more...My approach to counseling
With families and couples, I assist in their discovery of their unique path toward more satisfying relationships – primarily using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
With individuals, both men and women, I collaborate with them to find healthy solutions to their experiences of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship problems and life transitions.
I have experience in working with
An awareness of the mind/body connection through imagery and movement.
I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to enhance talk therapy when appropriate.
I also have experience in facilitating “Orders of Love Family Constellation” work in the tradition of Bert Hellinger, and I am a Lifespan Integration Practitioner.
