My approach to counseling
It is an honor to accompany individuals in the process of change and healing. My part in this is to be an empathetic and compassionate partner with those confronting challenging and painful issues. Experience has taught me that the painful parts of life events are also the seeds for discovering new life and new meaning.
I have experience in working with
Individuals: I focus on issues of identity, family of origin, transitions, relationships, loss and grief, life’s meaning, finding healthy solutions to living well in one’s current life stage, and spiritual integration.
I am a Lifespan Integration practitioner.

Couples: Work with couples is currently limited to marriage preparation.

To set up your account and schedule your appointment, follow these steps, as directed by your therapist and prompted by Valant:- To begin the process, first contact the therapist by email or phone (listed on this page above) to schedule an initial conversation about fit.
- When prompted by an email from Valant, set up your patient portal account using a validation code provided by your therapist.
- Fill out your demographic/insurance information in Valant. Let your therapist know when this is complete.
- When prompted by an email from Valant, complete our eSignature intake packet.
NOTE: All the above steps must be completed before your first session with your therapist.
