Samaritan Gathering & Fundraising Luncheon 2024

May 15, 2025 by Anna Dickman Giving, News 0 comments

We Are Not Alone

In May we hosted our first gathering in six years! We gathered at Newport Presbyterian Church to enjoy a luncheon and a talk by author and mindfulness mentor, Kurt Hoelting.

94% of registrants attended, making for great discussion.

We raised $19,040 total, netting $14, 299.50.

Our executive director, Bev, stands and smiles with Kurt Hoelting, our event speaker. They stand in front of a cloth backdrop with a photo of a cedar forest and nurse log.
Guests received a copy of Kurt's recent book.
