My approach to counseling

It is an honor to accompany individuals in the process of change and healing. My part in this is to be an empathetic and compassionate partner with those confronting challenging and painful issues. Experience has taught me that the painful parts of life events are also the seeds for discovering new life and new meaning.

I have experience in working with

  • Issues of identity
  • Family of origin
  • Transitions
  • Relationships
  • Loss and grief
  • Finding meaning
  • Finding healthy solutions to living well in one’s current life stage
  • Spiritual integration
  • Marriage preparation
