My approach to counseling

I work with clients using a strength-based, client centered, and collaborative approach. Together we build a setting of safety, respect, and caring. All of us have our share of hardships as we move through this world. In our work, I support you in exploring your concerns, help you identify your strengths, and help you to reach your goals. We all have the capacity to learn, grow, and heal. My role is to walk with you on this path.

I have training in acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic approaches to managing anxiety, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I have experience in working with

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief and Loss
  • Trauma
