We are looking for graduates with a master’s degree in a mental health or pastoral counseling program. Their work with clients would be supervised by experienced Samaritan clinicians who are approved supervisors in their particular discipline. They would also participate in consultation and training opportunities that Samaritan provides for clinical staff. Like all Samaritan staff members, externs must have a self-understanding that is faith-based and should be committed to working in a respectful way with clients of all faiths, backgrounds and lifestyles.
If you are interested, please send a letter of interest and CV to the Executive Director, Beverley Shrumm, LMHC, at bshrumm@hmy.bcd.temporary.site or call (206) 957-4692.
