Professional Interests and Specialties: 
As a therapist I provide a safe space for clients to explore their story and to discover direction for their journey ahead. My mission is to engage others in a process of becoming more fully themselves—cultivating clarity, healing, courage, and wholeheartedness. I partner with people facing various crossroads in their lives, and I offer them an approach to counseling that is integrative, holistic, and tailored to their needs. Clients who benefit the most from working with me often share similar values that they aspire to. These values include Authenticity, Curiosity, Courage, Openness, Compassion, and Spirituality.
