Samaritan Center: Opportunities for Professional Growth
Samaritan Center of Puget Sound (formerly Presbyterian Counseling Service) is an ecumenical Christian counseling center serving the Puget Sound area. Since our beginnings in 1960, we have served as an educational and training resource for therapists who are seeking high quality continuing education opportunities.

Professional Education:
"Second Tuesday"
"Second Tuesday" is a tradition at Samaritan Center -- a monthly continuing education seminar for therapists on topics of current interest.
While the seminars are primarily for Samaritan clinical staff, in the coming year (2010-2011) as part of our 50th year celebration. we are opening "Second Tuesday" to therapists in the community.
We meet at our main office near Green Lake in Seattle on the Second Tuesday of the month, October through June. Seminars generally meet from 10 a.m. to noon.
Cost is $10 per CEU (usually $20 for each seminar). Space is limited so preregistration is necessary.
For more information about this year's "Second Tuesday" topics and to preregister for a seminar, you can get in touch with Peggy Hansen at phansen@samaritanps.org or call 206.527.2266 x307.
