Robert Crist, Chair
Bellevue First Presbyterian Church, Bellevue
Employment:  Bob Crist has served on the PSLC since it was established. He is currently retired but his professional responsibilities include a position in public accounting as a partner with Ernst and Young, as Chief Operating Officer with Community Health Plan of Washington and as Administrator of First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue, a 3,000 member congregation.
Other Boards and Leadership:  He is continuing to serve on several Board of Trustees including Emerald Communities, a multi-facility system of retirement communities, the National Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) Foundation, Samaritan Health Services and the John 14:2 Foundation. 

Marcia Riggers, Vice Chair
St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Bellevue
Employment:  Currently retired. Previously: More than forty years in public education as a teacher, university faculty and state administrator. Retired in 2006 as the Assistant Superintendent for Student Support in the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. Director of LENS (Lutheran Educational Network and Support) 2008-2012

Tom Fox, Treasurer
John Knox Presbyterian Church, Seattle
Employment:  Retired. Previously employed as a Senior Manager with Amazon (2007 – 2013) and as an Associate Technical Fellow with Boeing (1989 – 2007).

 Samaritan Board (2005 – 2010) and Presbytery of Seattle Committee on Ministry (2000 – 2005 and 2006 – 2008)

Steve Gustaveson, Secretary
St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Seattle
Employment:  King County Superior Court.  Served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Washington until 1999.  Since 1999, Manager of Juvenile Services for the King County Superior Court, working as a manager of court operations and facilities for the juvenile court.

William Starks
Bellevue First Presbyterian Church, Bellevue
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Woodworth Capital. He joined the organization in 1986. 
Other Boards and Leadership: William has a long history of working with non-profit organizations, including the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound since 2001, and the Woodworth Family Foundation since 2005. He is a long-standing member of the American Management Assoc. (AMA), Construction Financial Management Assoc. (CFMA), and Philanthropy Northwest.
